Texoma Community Center (TCC) is one of 39 Texas Community Centers, which are governmental entities as defined by Title 7 of the Texas Health and Safety Code. Salary $15.85 an hour. This position provides a variety of services, including advocacy, to assigned caseload. Provides service authorization and coordination to consumers within the Home and Community Based Services program. Provides crisis assistance to staff and clients, including oversight of Face-to-Face and telephone screening duties. Monitors adaptive aid requirements and implementation in accordance with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Texoma Community Center. Operates under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care which align with CCBHC standards.
