• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Education or Counseling as outlined in TAC
• Human Services Experience preferred
IDD Service Coordinator: This position is responsible for the provision of Service Coordination activities to assigned caseload. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Education, or Counseling required. This includes, but not limited to, maintaining all required monthly contacts, linking resources of various providers to consumers, advocacy, and participating in the judicial system. This also includes Community First Choice assessment completion. Performs all job requirements in accordance to the Texas Administrative Code (TAC) and the Department of Aging and Disabilities Services (DADS) Local Authority guidelines.
Starting wage $14.71+incentive.
