This position provides a variety of services, including advocacy, to the assigned caseload. Provides service authorization and coordination to consumers within the Texas Home Living Program. Provides crisis assistance to staff and clients, including oversight of Face-to-Face and telephone screening duties. Monitors adaptive aid requirements and implementation.
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Education or Counseling with Human Services experience or RN with two (2) years psychiatric experience.
Experience working with individuals with IDD preferred.
Current driver's license required.
