    Join a team of dedicated service providers who seek to promote the accessibility of services that improve quality of life and support self-determination for persons with mental and developmental disorders. Texoma Community Center (TCC) is one of 39 Texas Community Centers, which are governmental entities as defined by Title 7 of the Texas Health and Safety Code. This job performs human resources administrative work coordinating with other departments as required. Administers all employee benefits programs to include retirement and FMLA and other leave of absence request. Maintains and reviews HRIS/ for accuracy of benefit enrollments and changes. Audits insurance bills within TCC and other benefits systems timely. Compiles and maintains benefit analysis and reports, plays a lead role in annual open enrollment process working with TCC brokers and Insurance Carriers. Educates new hires during New Employee Orientation/NEO. Ensuring benefits compliance according to state and federal laws and TCC regulations. Assists in the administration of other human resources responsibilities as assigned such as Time and Attendance and Payroll. Must be a Team player in the HR department, working through benefit problems providing solutions for teammates and being creative with new ideas for benefit improvements! Operates under trauma-informed and recovery-oriented models of care which align with CCBHC standards. Starting salary $20.19 an hour. Education and/or Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field required. • Two (2) years’ experience in an HR office setting doing a variety of functions focus on employee benefits preferred • Familiar w/HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and other Benefit Carrier Systems.
