Professional Consultant for both Residential and Commercial Solar

Texon Solar is seeking motivated Professional Consultants who truly want to help people understand solar energy and educate home and business owners on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy. The Inflation Reduction Act passed last year has lead to a tremendous opportunity for those who understand Commercial Solar. Many solar companies will try to move in to this niche, but Texon Solar has extensive experience with Commercial Solar and is looking for someone who can learn and grow into this Professional Sales position.
Texon Solar is made up of a team of dedicated professionals who know the advantages of a terrific work/life balance. We won’t have you driving all of Texas on unconfirmed appointments, and after an intensive training period, you will be able to set your own schedule. We don't door knock, cold call, or do any of those annoying methods of obtaining clients. You will only engage with people who asked to get more information about solar energy or who are referred to us by our former clients. We really would prefer to find people who are not tainted by the ruthless, unethical solar companies in our industry. If you have solar sales experience, that’s fine, but tell me that you now want to work for a solar company that truly cares about the homeowners and commercial property owners and can explain the financial and environmental benefits of solar.
We have solved the main issue with a Commercial Solar sales position. There is a very long lead time to get a large commercial deal closed. However, those deals can lead to six-figure paydays! How can a consultant afford to wait the 3-6 months to get a commercial deal closed? Work your commercial pipeline while closing residential deals! Our consultants can close 3-5 residential solar deals every month to generate a $10,000+ monthly income while gaining more experience with solar and working the commercial clients.
We are looking for someone who wants to make renewable energy a career, and reap the benefits of working for an ethical company. We are also only looking for one, or at the most two, people to bring onboard. We do not hire 10 people hoping that they will make a few sales and then leave before the commissions are paid, as is common in solar. We want someone who wants to make solar energy a career and has the best interests of the client and the company in mind.
All that being said, you MUST be a SALES professional! You must be able to speak with corporate CEOs on multi-million dollar projects in the morning and then be informative and empathetic with the brand new homeowner at their kitchen table that evening talking about their $150 monthly electric bill.
