CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE is an entry level position where you’ll be responsible for solving Text Request customers’ needs, building relationships with them, responding to account needs, and working alongside our Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams. You’ll have daily access to company leaders, meetings, and conversations, along with the chance to directly influence our success. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Support our U.S. and Canada customers, working Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm ET
• Provide excellent support to customers via text, email, and phone
• Work to understand customer needs and solve their problems to ensure their success with Text Request
• Communicate customer needs and problems up the support ladder as applicable
• Collaborate with our customers, Customer Success team, and Development team to ensure everyone is on the same page about issues - clear, consistent communication is critical
• Report and record customer communications and issues in internal software, including HubSpot
• Assist customers and other departments in understanding particular behaviors and nuances of the Text Request system
• Share Text Request user documentation and other resources to support and educate customers as applicable and helpful
• Help our customers and Customer Success team with new account setup and verification
