JUNIOR DESIGNER INTERN: We are looking for an intern to aid our team in the design and development of creative assets for our clients. You will be helping us design, concept, and assist on developing materials for our clients as well as helping us create assets for TYDC. This will be a mostly remote internship with in-person meets 1-2 times a week. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design graphic elements and materials requested by clients for emails, website assets, social media, and photoshoots - Seeing projects from conception to release - Assist in production work such as slicing and file prep - Conducting market and design research - Assist in organizing creative assets, servers, and project management systems - Create renderings and mockups of prospective concepts CHARACTERISTICS/QUALIFICATIONS: - Studying graphic design and/or marketing - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - Great design aesthetic as shown in a portfolio - Good typography skills - Working knowledge of Figma and Sketch - Knowledge of video and/or animation a plus - Must be able to handle several projects at once, with the ability to pivot direction and digest feedback quickly - Must be willing to be a part of a team and operate under the direction of the co-founders - Well-organized with a strong work ethic and a desire and willingness to learn - Reliable car a plus for prop sourcing or job associated errands COMMITMENT: 20 hours a week/$18 an hour
