    As our Sales Manager, you'll lead the buyer side of our team, guiding, mentoring, and holding accountable all Acquisition Specialists. Your role is pivotal, providing coaching, leadership, and support to help our team achieve its goals. If you're a dynamic individual with a passion for real estate and a talent for nurturing talent, we want to hear from you. This will be a performance-based compensation package. Responsibilities: • Plan and direct sales team training initiatives • Provide high-level coaching and leadership to the team • Offer feedback, support, and guidance to optimize sales performance • Develop and promote successful sales strategies to achieve team goals • Collaborate with the team to set individual sales targets • Manage and monitor sales team activities and performance • Assist specialists in preparing offers and closing transactions • Generate timely sales reports and analyze sales data for performance insights • Ensure the sales team has the necessary resources for success • Collaborate with marketing to develop lead-generation strategies • Oversee CRM management and lead follow-up processes • Manage On-Call Schedule and Answering Service • Track pending transactions daily to ensure timely closure Qualifications: • Preferred: One year of experience in a sales manager/team leader role • Prior experience in real estate sales is required • Demonstrated ability in team leadership, fostering a positive and productive culture • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in planning and implementing sales strategies • Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics • Commitment to excellence and achieving results Compensation: $50,000 - $250,000
