Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
