Responsibilities: • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls and emails • Ability to cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations • Meet monthly sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets • Review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required • The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment • A successful track record of meeting sales quotas is a must • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for this role • The candidate should have a competitive spirit, be self-motivated, and be driven to succeed • The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and a robust network is crucial • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed are necessary Compensation: $200,000 + at plan commission
