Responsibilities: • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls and emails. • Ability to cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business. • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales. • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends. • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. • Meet monthly sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets. • Review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. • The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment. • A successful track record of meeting sales quotas is a must. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential for this role. • The candidate should have a competitive spirit, be self-motivated, and be driven to succeed. • The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and a robust network is crucial. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required. • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed are necessary. Compensation: $200,000+ at plan commission
