This means we need a talented Product Manager like you to join this great organization and be a part of our exciting journey! As Product Manager, you will play a key role in the product marketing of two very strong brands. In this high visibility role, you will manage the day to day business of two product categories. This will include activities such as product line management including item set up, pricing, competitive analysis and promotion of the product portfolios. You will also assist with the development and execution of the go to market strategy, the global 3 year product road maps, and driving year over year category sales growth and profitability. Additionally, this role will work across the matrix to oversee marketing segmentation, product/service positioning and product launching/execution.     • 3 + Years experience in B2B Product Marketing in a Consumer Durables environment is required.
    • Undergraduate Degree in Marketing with an MBA preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience in product life cycle management and launching.
    • Strong business acumen with a proven ability in problem identification, analysis, and implementation.
    • Strong strategic and analytical skills with proven experience in developing in market research and analysis; technology; and competitive profiling and assessments.
      • Strong experience developing marketing strategies and business cases to launch products.
      • Ability to evaluate market research and segmentation to identify, evaluate, and launch new growth opportunities.
      • Proven leadership, strategic planning, and strong financial acumen skills
      • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management in a matrix environment.
      • Strong project management skills with ability to work cross functionally to build strategic plans for product launching and positioning.
      • Ability to work in a team environment, handling complex projects and working autonomously to achieve desired results.
