    Position Summary

    This role will Financial Reporting Accountant in a specialized Business Services Group where you’ll be part of a diverse team that gets to work with all of the company’s business units.

     

    • Preparation of SEC and Regulatory filings, including the preparation of consolidated balance sheets, income statements and drafting and compiling disclosures and supplemental information.

    • Work with various teams throughout the organization as well as external auditors on various projects. Work closely with team members to ensure reporting issues are being properly addressed and communicated to business units and management.

    • Preparation and reviews for the 10-Q’s and 10-K. Maintainance of binders to support all filings.

    • Participate in presentations to the board, investor presentations the earnings release.

    • Work on projects to improve best practices for reporting procedures and ensure compliance with SOX requirements.

    • Work with various parties, both within the Controller’s Group as well as other areas of the company, to accomplish goals, resolve issues and enhance and improve processes.

     

    Qualifications:

    • BS in Accounting

    • CPA or MBA preferred

    • Experience with SEC reporting within corporate or Big 4 environment.
