Job Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Special Communications Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division provides in-service engineering and full lifecycle support for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems. Operating under the oLSI® model, the SCMS Division supports Tactical and Remote Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Edge Systems (TARCES). These systems are integrated across commercial and militarized vehicles, small and large crafts, mobile and fixed base stations, transit cases, command centers, and intelligence operations environments.
The Advanced Computer Systems Analyst will provide technical expertise for the analysis, design, and implementation of integrated communications and security systems. This role focuses on optimizing system performance, enabling secure and resilient communications, and enhancing real-time analytics and event management across RF, 5G, edge, and cloud infrastructures. This position is considered Key and will be available upon contract award. We are seeking candidates who are will to accept contingent offers immediately.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Hold one of the following certifications: CISM, CISSO, FITSP-M, GCIA, GCSA, GCIH, GSLC, GICSP, CISSP-ISSMP, or CISSP;
OR
Hold a master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET-accredited or CAE-designated institution;
OR
Possess an equivalent military occupational specialty in cyber, information systems, or signal operations (such as 4C-FA26A, M09CHN1, A-531-0009, A-531-0045, ACQ 160 + ISA 220).
Demonstrated experience with complex system integration, workflow development, and technical leadership in analytics or event management environments.
Experience supporting mission-critical or defense-related systems preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
