    We are looking to hire a team assistant to provide support for our growing business. As one of the top performing real estate teams in the country, we are seeking a driven, energetic candidate that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be tasked with managing and improving existing systems processes, contracts, listing management, overseeing social media and marketing initiatives, managing the team’s busy schedules, and other ad hoc administrative tasks as required. Above all, you will provide the impeccable follow through and Tier 1 Client Service that has become synonymous with our brand. Responsibilities: • Coordinate calendars among members of the team to facilitate showings, inspections, client meetings, etc. • Maintain and manage team Google drive, contacts, listings and transactions • Execute the team’s marketing strategy, ensuring a cohesive rollout across all platforms. i.e. social media, print, digital, etc. • CRM system management to ensure the team always has access to the latest, most reliable information • Assist in preparing listing presentation packages other client materials • Various clerical, administrative, and ad-hoc tasks and projects as required Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills • Active Real Estate License • 2+ Years’ experience in Real Estate • 1+ Years’ experience in Calendar Management • Knowledge of MLS, DocuSign, Zipforms • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Ability and comfort providing Tier 1 service to elite clientele • Unwavering commitment to discretion. • Unmatched attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to juggle multiple projects while exercising proper judgement in prioritization and meeting deadlines Compensation: $90,000
