Job Description

The Agency is seeking 10 Call Center Agents on THE 2ND SHIFT to join our team! You will be responsible for helping people find a job of their interest by calling a database of prequalified, prescreened applicants looking for work—THE CALL CENTER IS IN GREENSBORO.

HOURS 2 PM-8 PM MON-THURSDAY  FRIDAY 7 AM-2 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle applicant inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the positions available.
• Troubleshoot issues and concerns
• Document and update applicant records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving clients and positions
• Will be required to make a set number of calls

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience at a call center
• Ability to build rapport with applicants
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Data Entry/Computer Skills
