If you are an agent who has some experience but wants to take your career to the next level, then this is for you! Instead, rely on our 15+ years of sales and marketing experience to build your business through one-on-one coaching to generate leads to build your business! Compensation is commission only. Key Attributes/Skills: • Polished with a high level of professionalism • Excellent writing skills, speaking skills, and attention to detail • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Concierge level of customer service, going above and beyond without even thinking about it • Solutions-oriented, calm under pressure • Good sense of humor, positive outlook, high-energy personality • Strong interpersonal skills • Working knowledge of Arizona real estate transactional paperwork, procedures, and practices • Enthusiastic and self-starting/managing approach • Works with a sense of urgency • Ability to focus on a task, meet deadlines, and be able to handle last-minute tasks • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit team where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Previous real estate industry experience • Experience with ARMLS, Transaction Desk, Dropbox, Microsoft Office Responsibilities: • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Show good organizational and time management skills • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Tech savvy Compensation: $100,000
