We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to join our tight-knit team and assist us in our efforts to build the best brand. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. You will also be responsible for capturing video content to utilize in social media marketing efforts. Responsibilities: Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization • Creation of print marketing material • Ability to also spend time outside of the office shadowing Agent(s) and/or owner of the company to capture video to create social media content. Qualifications: Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic • In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube shorts and, LinkedIn. Specifically managing highlight reels, story's and video content. Compensation: $35,000+
