    Description:The Data Entry Clerk is primarily responsible for ensuring timely data entry and data integrity by transferring client data from case files into relevant databases. Client data will be taken from: Refugee Support Services (RSS), Cash and Medical Assistance (CMA) program using Refugee Management System (RMS) database, and ClientTrack database. The Data Entry Clerk will ensure data accurately reflects case file information and raise any troubleshooting issues with the Data Management Specialist.• Ensure compliance of Driver’s Education, Employment, RCA and SAS programs with official guidelines. • Improve systems by studying current practices.• Collaborate with data management specialist to continue smooth transition of data• Ensure all forms are reviewed and up to date according to guidelines.• Ensure compliance of processes and procedures within Refugee program services.• Improves systems by studying current practices.• Collect monthly data from all Refugee Resettlement programs for Performance Indicator Report (PIR).• Maintain clear communication with ClientTrack (CT) staff, attend monthly meetings, and review and update CT program or forms as needed.• Maintain clear communication with program Manager and complete tasks accordingly.• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.• Transfer client data from case files into databases.• Review client data for missing information, ensuring each case file information is complete before data is entered.• Assist with generating periodic reports on program data.• Oversee that file documentation is complete and in order.• Improve systems by studying current practices.• Collect monthly data from all refugee programs for Performance Indicator Report (PIR).• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.Principal duties:• Transfer client data from case files into databases.• Review client data for missing information, ensuring each case file information is complete before data is entered.• Assist with generating periodic reports on program data.• Oversee that file documentation is complete and in order.• Improve systems by studying current practices.• Collect monthly data from all refugee programs for Performance Indicator Report (PIR).• Perform other duties as required by supervisor.Required Qualifications and experience at this Level:• College degree.• Strong computer skills needed (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)• Familiar with data management and databases.• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.• Strong ability to communicate in English. Fluency in a second language preferred.• Working knowledge of functions of non-profit organizations.• High degree of independent judgment, flexibility and problem-solving skills.• A demonstrated commitment to humanitarian issues and fostering a welcoming community.
