Description:
The Quality Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The coordinator will ensure that all programs, services, and activities provided by the department meet or exceed agency standards and comply with all applicable regulations. The coordinator will work closely with program managers, staff, and volunteers to monitor and evaluate program activities, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement corrective action plans.

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for refugee services programs
• Conduct regular audits of program activities, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement corrective action plans
• Work collaboratively with program managers, staff, and volunteers to ensure that program activities are aligned with quality assurance standards
• Provide guidance and support to program staff on quality assurance-related issues
• Develop and deliver training programs on quality assurance procedures and best practices for staff and volunteers
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed
• Conduct research on quality assurance trends and best practices and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collect and analyze data to measure program outcomes and effectiveness
• Communicate quality assurance results to senior leadership and stakeholders, and recommend improvements or changes to policies and procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and prepare reports as required
Required Qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social work, public health, or international studies
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in refugee services or a related field
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to refugee services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and volunteers at all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
