This role is not only about answering incoming calls and emails from prospective new clients; it's about being the first point of contact, providing crucial information about our firm and services, and building a friendly and engaging rapport. You will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent communication skills by screening potential clients, answering inbound calls, making outbound follow-up calls, and maintaining detailed records of all communications. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls and incoming e-mails from prospective new clients to set appointments • Interview and screen prospective new clients while building rapport with friendly, engaging communication • Provide information about our law firm and its services • Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective new clients • Maintain telephone notes and other records of communication with prospective new clients • Other related tasks Qualifications: • Prior Family Law experience is a super plus! • Prior outstanding customer service or sales experience • Mature • Empathetic and compassionate personality • Ability to build rapport with clients • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s Degree or higher preferred • Ability to quickly learn computer software • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook operating systems • Ability to type 45+ WPM • Ability to prioritize and multitask Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly + bonus
