    The Alsandor Law Firm Appointment Scheduler (Additional Pay Opportunities) We are looking for high-energy, positive team members who love helping people! The Appointment Scheduler sets appointments for our prospective new clients who need family law assistance and want to hire our law firm. This position has lots of earning potential with our tiered compensation plan (Base pay rate of $16-$18/hour plus EXTRA COMPENSATION $100s per week) We are a boutique family law firm in Houston, that guides our clients through complex family law matters such as divorce, child custody, paternity, and adoption cases. The intake process is the beginning of a long-term relationship with our clients. We believe, that every prospective new client should feel better after speaking to our Legal Intake Specialist. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls and incoming e-mails from prospective new clients to set appointments • Interview and screen prospective new clients while building rapport with friendly, engaging communication • Provide information about our law firm and its services • Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective new clients • Maintain telephone notes and other records of communication with prospective new clients • Other related tasks Qualifications: • Prior outstanding customer service or sales experience • Mature • Empathetic and compassionate personality • Ability to build rapport with clients • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s Degree or higher preferred • Ability to quickly learn computer software • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook operating systems • Ability to type 45+ WPM • Ability to prioritize and multitask Compensation: $16 - $18/hour + Extra Compensation
