    The American Glass Company is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an integral part of our company, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth day-to-day operations within our office environment. Your primary duties will include handling administrative tasks, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and providing support to our staff as needed. Responsibilities: • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats. • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for company executives and employees. • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required. • Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. • Greet and assist visitors to the office in a professional and courteous manner. • Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and assisting with onboarding procedures. • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient communication and workflow. • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance office efficiency and productivity. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a related administrative role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team. • Prior experience in the glass industry or a manufacturing environment (preferred but not required). Compensation: $20 hourly
