    We are in need of an Entry-Level Salesperson to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: As an Entry-Level Salesperson, your main role will be to source and provide manager-approved opportunities to Home Buying Specialists (HBS). Your efforts will be the lifeblood of our growth, helping us expand our reach and impact in the real estate market. Secondary Function: You'll also play a crucial role as a Pipeline Master, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our CRM and ensuring the pipeline is organized and optimized for seamless operations. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): • Secure 15 approved pass-offs per week to our Home Buying Specialists • Facilitate the closing of 3 contracts per week from pass-offs • Make 100 dials per day, driving our outreach efforts • Engage in a minimum of 120 minutes of meaningful talk time per day Responsibilities: • Core Values Ambassador: Embody and champion our core values in every transaction • KPI Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly KPI targets, providing your daily numbers in our slack channels • Detailed CRM Management: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all conversations in our CRM, ensuring a well-organized and accessible pipeline • Communication Mastery: Utilize our CRM for all communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and efficiency • Deal Closer: Use your skills to close deals, showcasing your sales expertise • Lifelong Learning: Continue to self-educate and stay updated on industry trends, empowering your growth • Excellence Execution: Execute tasks with precision, reflecting our commitment to delivering top-tier service • Positive Attitude: Maintain a problem-solving and positive attitude, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills • At least one year of experience as a sales representative • Must have high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree is preferred Compensation: $40,000+ at plan yearly
