Responsibilities: Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist Responsibilities: • Promptly respond to all leads to drive business growth • Establish rapport with prospects and clients, asking relevant questions to gather property details, address objections, and secure deals • Manage leads and diligently follow up using a CRM system to ensure updates and task completion until deals are closed • Thoroughly document and communicate essential information obtained from prospective sellers to facilitate a seamless hand-off to colleagues • Engage in meaningful interactions with prospective sellers, adapting to their communication styles and encouraging discussions about their properties • Tactfully address challenging topics such as motivation, pricing, and expectations with warmth and directness • Conduct research, outreach, site visits, and analysis of comparables, property value, and condition to make informed decisions based on market trends • Prepare essential documents such as letters of intent, real estate market research reports, contracts, due diligence materials, and other administrative paperwork in advance of transactions • Gather and evaluate market and property data from various sources to inform decision-making processes for The Anderson Group • Proficiently utilize systems, platforms, and scheduling tools to advance opportunities • Demonstrate strong quantitative and analytical abilities, conducting internet research, maintaining organizational skills, and exhibiting effective communication • Exhibit sound decision-making skills and the ability to perform under pressure • Possess comprehensive knowledge of real estate transactions Qualifications: Preferred qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field of study • 2-3 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales • Strong drive and passion for real estate asset selling, goal-oriented, and a desire for continuous learning in the industry Desired skills and abilities: • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a particular emphasis on strong phone skills and the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Serve as a mediator between sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth transaction process • Efficiently manage working hours, prioritizing immediate, time-sensitive opportunities before transitioning to other tasks such as lead follow-up and property owner contact • Demonstrate a desire to help people, coupled with confidence and determination to navigate challenges, steer conversations, and achieve desired outcomes • Effective prioritization and project management abilities, including the ability to handle frequent changes professionally and follow through on tasks in a timely manner • Interest in developing research and communication skills • Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred • Proficiency in common computer applications, including the ability to create formulas for spreadsheet analysis Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
