Responsibilities: • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Possesses a real estate license • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information Compensation: $75,000- $160,000
