    We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, self-starting creative individual with a passion for connecting with current and future clients through content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing efforts. Applicants should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing, advertising, and online digital platforms is critical. A degree of creativity is required. And if you have real estate experience, it's a bonus! The Anderson Group currently runs a successful marketing campaign across all platforms through a remote partnership, but is looking to bring that in-house! Our ideal candidate is fluent in the following marketing platforms, but not limited to: • Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn (must be fluent in content writing, hashtags, and consistent posting, along with reels/videos) • YouTube (must have experience with filming, posting, and analyzing trending data for content creation) • SEO (must have experience with SEO and the ability to get content recognized through the various search engines) • Website Design (would ideally have experience building and publishing websites, as well as WordPress experience) • Marketing Materials (Canva experience is a must, along with a creative mind to build our real estate marketing campaigns through email, newsletters, mailers, and event planning) • Photography (ability to create, shoot, and edit content) We offer a competitive salary, a benefits package, plus paid time off. Responsibilities: Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies Oversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant • Assist the Director of Operations to plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media. Qualifications: B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related majors Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions Develop new concepts based on input • Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience • Proven track record of success in our marketing platforms used (noted above) Compensation: $36,000 - $48,000
