    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    Technical Architect (TA). The TA is an intricate member of our project teams who sets technical strategy, design and leads development teams to build the solutions for our customers. The TA understands the need to build on the extensive knowledge of what works and more importantly... what doesn't work. 

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    Be the One to - 

    • Support sales pursuits for new clients including architecting and designing the solutions we pitch to our potential customers.
    • Participate in project delivery and solutions delivery including Application User Interface and Workflow Configuration
    • Lead teams of developers to deliver projects
    • Responsible for technical deliverables related to ServiceNow ITOM and CSM configurations and or integration development
    • Participate in and lead design workshop, development, testing and deployment activities with customers
    • Engage in timely and effective communications to customers 
    • Demonstrate expert understanding of Customer Service best practices related to ServiceNow CSM
    • Develop a keen understanding of the products we implement and our customer's business
    • Deliver excellence
    • Be agile, stay agile

    WHAT YOU NEED:

    • 6-8 years proven experience as a technical consultant
    • 2-8 years of ServiceNow development, configuration or maintenance experience 
    • Understanding of technical components including Case and Knowledge configuration and or Integration development
    • Participated in implementations of Salesforce or ServiceNow
    • BS Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Ability to travel 25-50%
    • First class communication and presentation skills 
    • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
    • ServiceNow experience is a MUST
    • ServiceNow CSM experience is a PLUS
    • UIPath experience or other AI/ML platform experience is a PLUS
