    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    Technical Consultant (TC) based in Virginia. The TC is a valuable member of our project teams who designs, develops, tests and deploys solutions for our customers. The TC understands the need to build on the extensive knowledge of what works and equally importantly... what doesn't work.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    Be the One to -

    • Engage as a primary technical resource on projects to develop and implement client solutions. Includes both configuring ServiceNow and developing scripts when needed
    • Participate in and or lead design workshops, development, testing and deployment activities with some of ServiceNow's top enterprise customers
    • Responsible for technical deliverables related to ServiceNow configurations and or integration development
    • Demonstrate expert understanding of best practices related to ServiceNow
    • Develop a keen understanding of the products we implement and our customer's business
    • Deliver excellence
    • Be agile, stay agile

    WHAT YOU NEED:

    • 2-99 years proven experience as a technical consultant
    • 1-99 years of comprehensive ServiceNow experience in development, configuration or maintenance experience
    • Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow's Case and Knowledge configuration and or Integration tools
    • Participated in ServiceNow implementations of ITSM , ITOM or CSM
    • BS Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Ability to travel - up to 20%
    • First class communication and presentation skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
    • Drop the ME and work as WE
    • ServiceNow experience is a MUST
    • ServiceNow ITOM and CSM experience is a PLUS
