Job Description
The position of College/Business Mentorship Researcher will be responsible for the research of mentorship models across college school settings that are directly related to best business practices. The researcher will also identify best practices amongst mentors. The College/Business Mentorship Researcher will also be responsible for researching common mistakes in mentoring and ensuring that the purpose of the organization’s mentorship program is facilitated sufficiently. The Researcher will be responsible for researching the development of mentoring programs, and analysis of methods and models of business mentoring.
Description of Duties / Responsibilities:
Research currently existing college mentor programs of similar kind in the Chicago area to learn about their success and failure.
Research Academia by conducting an analysis of different models of business mentoring to see which ones are effective according to the studies that have been done.
Compile the data and develop a framework for the research conducted relative to mentoring programs.
