Director Of Career Development
The Director of Career Development and Day Services is responsible for overseeing and management of the Employment and Adult Day Services Programs. This position provides direct supervision and support to team members working directly with clients throughout the programs. The Director will manage grants and lead potential program growth opportunities. Responsibilities: • Provide supervision and evaluation of services to team members • Assist with developing and implementing tool for progress monitoring of services and participants • Provide direct care and support to clients by teaching, engaging, enriching or encouraging them daily and may be counted as part of supervision ratio in order to satisfy compliance requirements • Collaborate with Finance Department to maintain annual budget for programs Qualifications: • Bachelor Degree in social work, psychology or related human services field and a minimum of two to three years of experience with individuals with disabilities is required • Two years’ experience in a supervisory role • Must possess and maintain a current Florida’s Driver’s License and state minimum requirements for auto insurance Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
