This unique opportunity allows you to be prepared with a seasoned agent who will show you the ropes on how to sell, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans to build your book of business. Responsibilities: • Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails regularly • Build the skills and confidence necessary to achieve self-sufficiency as an insurance agent with your mentor • Evaluate the individual needs and goals of prospective customers in order to present them with the most suitable insurance policy options • Compile insurance quotes using accurate customer information, data, and rates for insurance policies • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Address prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies Qualifications: • Should be great at making connections to build rapport and relationships with others • Must successfully complete a background check • Proven leadership and communication skills • Job seekers must already have or be willing to get their state Life Insurance license Compensation: $70,000 at plan commission
