Marketing and Psychologhy Admin Assistant for MFT Private Practice
Job Description
MARKETING AND PSYCHOLOGY ADMIN ASSISTANT FOR MFT PRIVATE PRACTICE
A growing private therapy practice is looking for you! Come grow with us - utilize your skills and passion and learn the business side of running a practice.
ABOUT THE PRACTICE:
The Art of MFT was founded on the principle that there is an art to Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), an art to the psychotherapy process. While the field of psychology and its related theories and methods are a science, there is an art to how and when we apply them to support our clients in a meaningful and purposeful way. No two clients are alike so care is always individualized and created based on their needs.
Gina Balit is the solo owner of this practice and is looking to grow it into a group! Her hope is to build a team and community of open-hearted and minded, warm, holistic psychotherapists and wellness professionals with a passion for service and healing, and shared values of authenticity, personal growth and development/vulnerability/self-discovery, multi-disciplinary learning, openness to giving and receiving feedback, empowerment, and hope.
Her current mission is helping children look up and into their future with less worry and fear and more confidence, happiness, and hope. Her dream is to inspire and instill hope in children so that they can thrive and lead more resilient lives. She believes the most important art of therapy is how we build and maintain a healthy relationship between therapist and client. Her goal with her clients is to be warm and creative, compassionately listen and, at times, even utilize humor to aid in building rapport and trust with my clients as a solid foundation to begin work from. There is an art to balancing this compassion while also providing your child the tools to need to grow and heal from within. While her passion is working with children, she hopes to bring on professionals with a wide variety of experiences who can cater to all their needs including parenting issues and family and couples therapy, behavioral issues, special needs, social skills and group therapy, infant massage, psychological testing, and more!
