    Our team supports Art Institute locations that provide an important source for design, media, fashion and culinary art professionals.  We offer programs that focus on applied arts in creative areas such as graphic design, media arts and animation, culinary arts, photography, digital filmmaking & video production, interior design, audio production, fashion design, game art & design, baking & pastry, and fashion marketing.   Not all program areas and degree levels are offered at all schools.  Each Art Institute school is licensed by the state in which it is located and accredited by accrediting bodies recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. The Art Institutes offer associate, bachelor, and master’s degree programs, as well as certificate and diploma programs.

    The Arts Institutes is looking for a Part-Time registrar Assistant.  The position will work remotely and average 20 a week.  Position is responsible for assisting student transcript request processing as well as processing various verifications for third-parties. This position includes receiving, compiling processing, and tracking of student academic record requests for internal and external analysis and/or use. This position acts as acentral records facilitator for permanent academic information on current and prior students for all campuses. 

    Key Job Elements:

    1.           Process all Transcript requests for all campuses. 

    2.           Process all third-party enrollment/degree verifications for all campuses. 

    3.           Organize and coordinate the process flow for timely delivery of transcripts and enrollment/degree verifications. 

    4.           Ensure proper payments are received and recorded for each transaction.

    5.           Continue to improve the timeliness of processing through effective system management and interdepartmental communication.

    6.           Ensure the academic policies are complied with consistently. 

    7.           Ensure FERPA and other regulatory compliance on all transactions.

    8.           Other duties as assigned.
