ABOUT - 40 YEARS OF ZEN  <-- FOLLOW THIS LINK TO LEARN MORE.

At 40 years of Zen, the Facilitator shepherds clients through a five-day brain wave training program, working as part of a team to deliver specific brain wave training programs for clients who attend for the week. The Facilitator works with groups of clients in the range of 3 to 4 people, although different programs and delivery models may see the client-to-facilitator ratio increase.

Reporting to the Business Manager with direct supervision by the Director of Facilitation and Research, the Facilitator provides instruction to the client group on the processes and protocols. After each training session, the Facilitator debriefs the clients about their experiences in the neurofeedback training. The clients share details of their experience, and the Facilitator provides feedback to them and coaches them on how to get the most out of their time in the neurofeedback sessions.
