REQUIREMENTS

• Must be CUSTOMER FOCUSED and motivated to delivering an EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
• Must enjoy building outdoor wooden structures and fitness equipment in different environments and settings
• Must own the proper tools and have the technical aptitude to build play sets, gazebos, pergolas, fitness equipment and similar products
• Must own a smart phone, own a computer or tablet, and have internet access
• Must be able to pass a background check, possess a valid driver's license and obtain the proper levels of insurance
• Understand service level agreements, customer expectations, and be able to meet them
• Many of our products require two or possibly more people for safe and proper installation
• Previous experience with outdoor products is preferred but is not a requirement
