Executive / Personal Assistant with Hedge Fund
Job Description
The Assistant Company has been hired by a UHNW (private investment) Palm Beach business man who seeks a full-time Executive Personal Assistant for his Palm Beach office and home. The person he seeks will have a background in private equity/hedge funds (no exceptions).
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE TENURE AT PREVIOUS POSITIONS (NO JOB HOPPERS) PLUS CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING THE CEO, FOUNDER OR ANY C-SUITE EXCLUSIVELY.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide Administrative support to the Founder/Principal of an UHNW Private Investment Office
Manage complex business and personal calendars and manage daily schedule and appointment logistics
Schedule and manage work and personal travel arrangements
Schedule and prepare for meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties
-Coordinate with the Estate Manager on personal schedule and events, vacations, charitable involvement, household staff, etc.
Handle confidential correspondence and documentation
Screen phone calls and serve as gatekeeper as needed
Maintain extensive contact lists
Coordinate and execute special events and projects
Assist with managing local personal residence as needed
-Handle supply ordering and reconcile invoices
-Assist with office management
-Special projects as assigned by the Chief of Staff and principals
-Travel to various properties/offices as needed (Florida, Hamptons, CT)
-Ability to be available after normal business hours as needed
