    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    We are looking for that special talent to join our team in Atlanta who can lend a hand wherever needed. As our Executive Assistant / Office Manager, you will primarily be responsible for making sure our office runs smoothly and will work with the executive team to assist with a broad range of administrative and operational tasks. Team bonding event? You’re on it! Important meeting coming up? You finished prepping yesterday. Last minute meeting request? You’ve already fit it into the calendar! We need you to be the magic that helps the company run smoothly. This is a great opportunity to engage at all levels of the company with meaningful growth potential. 

    About You 

    • Must be able to multitask
    • Excellent writing and communication skills required (you’re two steps ahead of Grammarly) 
    • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks, manage own workload (master of to-do lists)
    • Proactive thinker, with great attention to detail; ability to head off problems before they arise (well-honed crystal ball reading skills)
    • Willing to roll up your sleeves and gets things done (but don’t forget sunscreen - that’s important!)
    • Must be flexible to work on different aspects of the business, as we are a small team (we all do!) 
    • Highly driven, hard-working, kind, and honest team player (no “I” in...) 
    • Thrive on variety, but excited to learn new things (Yoga for Goats sound interesting?)
    • High proficiency with technology (experience with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, etc.)
    • Sensitive to confidential information 
    • Graphics experience and a car are both helpful, but not required 
    • College degree

    Responsibilities 

    • Handle Administrative Needs of the Partners - Arrange conference calls and meetings, work-related travel, logging calls/meetings/relationships monthly expense reporting, other HR-related tasks on behalf of the team
    • Office Management - Tactical office management (snacks, kitchen, product inventory, office supplies, computers, etc.) and coordination with vendors and staff to ensure a clean, organized work environment 
    • Receive Visitors – Greet visitors, most often investors or transactional partners, and provide a great first impression 
    • Team Culture -Plan events that contribute to a positive, desirable work culture (i.e. team dinners, birthday celebrations, eventually the planning of much larger professional events such as our annual event for our investors)
    • People – Help coordinate recruiting schedules and onboard new employees
    • Special Projects - There are always one-off or yearly projects that we need to tackle (i.e. ordering SWAG for the team and portfolio, holiday gifts for our investors, happy new year cards for our greater network, a thank you gift for someone in our network for sourcing us a deal, or perhaps pitching in on our business initiatives) 

    Qualifications 

    This person will be encouraged to be a significant part of the greater office culture. This person’s overarching goal will be to make the ACRE Atlanta office an enjoyable place to work. This person ideally has the following attributes:  

    • Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, office manager, or has experience in other related roles 
    • Expert-level organizational skills 
    • A do-er, with a get-stuff-done attitude
    • Ability to juggle a variety of priorities and multitask while supporting several executives 
    • Strong attention to detail 
    • Positive attitude
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

     Requirements 

     The ideal candidate has:

    • 3+ years experience in either an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Chief of Staff, Office Manager or similar cross-functional role at a rapidly growing company
    • An obsession with efficiency, establishing processes, and creating structure where there is none 
    • A love of all things food, fitness, wellness, and real estate
