    Our client is searching to fill the role of Real Estate Marketing Coordinator.  This person will help with print design, editing postcard templates, lead generation, lead pipeline management, and tracking marketing expenditures.

    The ideal applicant is detail oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task. Experience in real estate is preferred, but not required.

    The scope of the role will also include oversight of the company website, various social media outlets, marketing to a loyal customer base, and developing programs to generate website visits. The Marketing Coordinator will also help coordinate several events throughout the year.

     

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

    • Editing templates for the production and mailing of print materials
    • Assisting with the launch of the company website
    • Updating and monitoring company websites
    • Developing a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget & tactics.
    • Monitoring third-party lead dashboards
    • Creating content for e-mail blasts, blog posts, and other online media placements
    • Implementing digital ad campaigns
    • Direct SEO, social media, web site, blog/email/online content to engage various consumers
    • Assigning tasks and supervising virtual assistants as necessary
    • Tracking lead generation expenses and developing marketing strategy
    • Developing engaging social media campaigns and managing day-to-day posts

     

    Preferred skills:

    • Proven working experience in marketing and social media
    • Proven track record designing and executing successful campaigns
    • Excellent writing and editing skills, as well as visual evaluation
    • Solid experience with social media and online content creation and evaluation, including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc…
    • Strong computer skills: primarily with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe InDesign, Canva, MailChimp, Facebook Ad Manager and Google Adwords
