    We are actively seeking to fill multiple full-time Real Estate Administrative Assistant and Closing Coordinator positions throughout the metro-Atlanta and surrounding areas.

    Closing Coordinator

    We are actively seeking a full-time Real Estate Closing Coordinator. The Closing Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of contracts and amendments and ensuring that all documents have been completed correctly. This person will have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, he/she will demonstrate, on a daily basis, the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high achiever, who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. This individual must provide exceptional customer service. A real estate license is a plus, but not required - this is not a steppingstone to becoming a real estate agent. Some residential real estate experience is preferred

    In this role you will:

    • Act as liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, mortgage brokers, and vendors, during the process of a real estate sale and effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in closing a sale
    • Create timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met and contingencies are released
    • Create and Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions
    • Put together the closing file for the agent, including any documents needing signatures/initials/dates, commission amount, and any other documents needed from closing
    • Follow up with clients after the sale to check-in and request a testimonial
    • Performing all other contract-to-close related tasks

     

    Administrative Assistant

    We are seeking an energetic, super organized and extremely detail-oriented administrative assistants. The perfect candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, assertive problem-solving skills, be learning based, coachable and have a strong work ethic. This person must know how to prioritize their day, handle stress and the pressure of deadlines. This is NOT a remote position and will require being in the office daily.

    In this role you will:

    • Build implement and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management and back-office support
    • Coordinate marketing events and client activities
    • Oversee all listing files and listing marketing (Brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.)
    • Act as a liaison between clients and agents
    • Create implement and manage marketing campaigns, social media, etc.
    • Manage contract to close process
    • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
    • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries and complaints
    • Create maintain and utilize a complete lead follow-up system
    • Keep agents informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled
    • Provide concierge-level customer service to clients and customers
    • Work with all preferred vendors, including professional photographers, contractors, lenders, closing attorneys, etc.
    • Coordinate calendars and schedule relevant meetings and travel arrangements
    • Send out weekly reminders of upcoming critical dates via email and/or phone
    • Some evening/weekend flexibility
