ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE – FULL-TIME, IN-OFFICE POSITION
GENERAL OFFICE, SALES SUPPORT, MARKETING
GENERAL OFFICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- · Managing multiple email inboxes
- · Coordinating and organizing events and tradeshows
- · Updating and maintaining marketing materials
- · Updating and maintaining company and financial dropbox files
- · Updating and maintaining company standard operating procedures files
- · Assist with contracts review and follow-up
- · Coordinate on-boarding & off-boarding brands
- · Set-up and coordinate remote meetings and training utilizing Microsoft Teams
- · Act as point of contact for sales reps, brands, distributors, and sub-brokers
MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- · Develop & implement marketing programs & strategies to promote & drive sales of our brands
- · Lead generation and management in CRM including reporting
- · Cold calling & outreach involving distributors & operators
- · Coordinating & maintaining a smooth samples process
- · Interface with our brands, sales reps, sub-brokers, and management to drive marketing programs
- · Maintain consistency with scheduling and follow-up
ADDITIONAL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY BE ASSIGNED UTILIZING EXCEL & QUICKBOOKS ONLINE SUCH AS:
- · Accounts receivable tasks including billing & collections
- · Daily reporting and analysis for management
- · Financial data entry
QUALIFICATIONS:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM management, general office and administrative duties, have a positive attitude and be willing to take on new and challenging projects, be able to prioritize & shift priorities on a moment’s notice, work in a fast-paced environment, be motivated, driven, and goal-oriented, and are always looking for ways of improving efficiency.
