Responsibilities: • Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life • Utilize our continuous training materials and stay up-to-date with our revenue targets • Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships • Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets Qualifications: • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales preferred • Ability to work independently and manage your own time • Great communication skills and ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly • Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire Compensation: $80,000 at Plan Commission
