Responsibilities: • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads • Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets • Implement our proven sales system in the field that is taught in training • Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life • Utilize our continuous training materials and stay up-to-date with our team goals Qualifications: • Outstanding organizational skills and time management • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales preferred • Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire Compensation: $80,000+ at Plan commission
