COMPANY: The Awakened School (formerly Groover Seminars, Inc.)

THE POSITION: Customer Service Administrator (PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST CAREFULLY)

This full-time customer service role requires fast-response to a high volume of email, phone, and social media interactions. It will include maintaining the customer database, Facebook groups, and looking after clients who participate in our wide variety of programs, events, and launches with an exceptional level of customer service. Our goal is to deliver the best customer service of any company in our industry. This candidate would need to be able to start the role within 3 weeks of being hired, sooner if possible. 

OUR LOCATION: Everyone on our team works from an office in the foothills between Loveland and Fort Collins (except when we have COVID-19 restrictions). If you do not live in Northern Colorado, you must be willing to move here shortly after starting employment. We have transitioned to part-time working from home, so you must have a productive home office to work in.

 MUST HAVES:

·        Great verbal and written communication skills

·        A warm and engaging personality

·        Good organizational skills

·        Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google apps

·        High level ability to manage tasks that require attention to detail with accuracy

·        Ability to travel to events with us a few times per year

·        Able to start the role within 3 weeks of being hired

The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
