    Job Description

    ACTIVE NEED for an ADMINISTRATIVE/DATA ENTRY specialist to join a well known consumer goods company located on the border or Nassau and Suffolk County. This role will start out remote, but you should be prepared to return back to the office within the upcoming months. If you are an outgoing,hardworking, detail oriented office professional, then this job would be great for you!

    Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (need to be able to start earlier or work later if needed)

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle high levels of paperwork, manually and electronically
    • Check stock levels and issue reorder requests as needed
    • Scan, upload, and file confidential documents
    • High levels of data entry, efficiently and accurately
    • Process mail, deliveries and shipments as needed
    • Respond to inquiries from employees, customers, suppliers and others
    • Develop and maintain office forms and procedures, and assists with administrative tasks
    • Assist outside contractors and vendors with the use of department facilities

    Requirements:

    • 1+ years of Office/Administrative experience (preferred)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Able to work with minimum supervision
      • Able to multi-task
      • Should be customer service driven
    • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Power Point)
