We have recently expanded our brand to take the show on the road and we are looking for a great crew to man it! This is an opening at a permitted contracted location. The food truck position we are hiring for will include picking up the food truck at the store location and driving the pickup truck with the attached food trailer to the permitted contracted location. The hours are 5 am to 1 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

Prepare food truck for service

Cook menu items in cooperation consistent with the store

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Maintain a positive and professional approach with fellow line cooks, cashiers and customers

Break down/clean truck and prepare it for next day service

Skills

Ability to drive heavy duty pick up truck with attached food truck trailer in tight spaces

Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook/fry cook

Basic understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

Familiar with industry’s best practices

Minimum 1 year cooking experience preferred but not required

Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to easily go up and down steps.

Must be able to move/walk quickly for up to 10 hours per shift.

We are looking for someone with a great attitude & strong work ethic to grow with us! If you're reliable, punctual, can crank out great food.

Cooks- must be able to drive larger pickup truck with attached trailer and maneuver in and out of tight spaced, preferred restaurant line cook experience, food truck experience is a bonus but not required. $18/hr
