Responsibilities: • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Attend weekly meetings and two huddles in a week. • 48 Open Houses will be conducted by the agent in a calendar year. Qualifications: • Currently licensed in real estate • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000
