Responsibilities: • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Attend weekly meetings and two huddles in a week. • 48 Open Houses will be conducted by the agent in a calendar year Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Has a real estate license • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry Compensation: $100,000 commission + bonuses
