    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a talented and proactive Associate Attorney to join our dynamic Transactional Law Practice. This role offers the opportunity to engage in a diverse array of industries, including, but not limited to, real estate, franchise, hospitality, food and beverage, medical and medical related, IT, convenience store and gas stations, and start ups, providing comprehensive legal solutions and advice to our clients. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about transactional law, thrives in a collaborative team setting, and is committed to contributing to a positive workplace and client experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of business agreements and contracts.

    Provide legal advice on a broad range of business law issues, including corporate governance, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, compliance issues, and more.

    Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolutions.

    Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues to ensure client compliance with the latest regulations.

    Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction.

    Participate in firm meetings and contribute to strategic planning and development.

    Qualifications:

    Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

    Licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.

    1-3 years of experience in business law, with a solid foundation in corporate transactions and contract law.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex legal issues.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively presenting information and responding to clients and team members.

    Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to case management.
