Responsibilities: • Cultivate Strong Client Relationships : Build meaningful rapport with clients, fostering trust and understanding throughout the buying or selling process • Guide First-Time Home Buyers : Navigate first-time home buyers through the complexities of purchasing their first property, providing guidance, support, and education along the way • Market Education : Educate clients on current market conditions, trends, and pricing strategies to empower them to make informed decisions. • Facilitate Vendor Communications : Act as a liaison between clients and vendors, facilitating conversations and negotiations to ensure seamless transactions. • Go-Getter Mentality : Demonstrate a proactive and relentless attitude in pursuing opportunities and achieving goals, consistently striving for excellence. • Seller Support : Guide sellers through the selling process, alleviating their stress by handling transaction details and providing expert guidance every step of the way. • Daily Prospecting : engage in consistent prospecting activities to uncover new leads and opportunities, expanding the client base and maximizing business growth. • Client Follow-Up : Maintain regular communication with clients, following up on inquiries, updates, and feedback to ensure a positive and personalized experience. Qualifications: • Real Estate License: Must possess a valid Real Estate License in Denver, CO, or be actively working towards obtaining one • Training Commitment: Ability to successfully complete either a 1-week or 4-week launch program, based on prior experience • Tech-Savvy Mindset: Demonstrated enthusiasm for leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and increase earning potential within the real estate industry • Client Relationship Management: Ability to establish and nurture client relationships using various communication channels • Consistent Work Ethic: Exhibit commitment, consistent effort, and eagerness in your work • Objection Handling Skills and Issue Resolution: Possess the capability to handle objections and rejections effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for growth. You will also showcase expertise in resolving property-related issues, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach Compensation: $70,000 - $170,000 yearly
